Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath with everything you should need for your stay in the San Tan Valley. Our home sits on 3.3 acres and boasts an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, on-site horse space, arenas, and a large outdoor patio with bbq, outdoor furniture, unique rustic bar area, and sparkling swimming pool. The bedrooms feature a king bed with ensuite bath, and 3 additional queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook up amazing meals during your stay. The living room features a comfortable leather sectional as well as big screen TV. There is plenty of room inside and out to spread out and relax.

Summary: We didn't want to leave! As soon as we arrived, we felt comfortable and at ease. The house was perfect; clean, and well stocked, very comfortable bed, a huge couch, nice bathrooms, and a great kitchen. The yard was amazing! It had a beautiful pool, lots of outdoor furniture, and a nice BBQ area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, too. I brought my horses and they enjoyed the nice-sized covered paddocks and a turnout in the arena. They were at ease as well. We could drink our coffee by the pool and see the horses enjoying their breakfast! We went to a show at Horseshoe Park, and it was an easy drive. There was room to park our trailer right by the house. Everyone was so nice. I will be going back first chance I get. Five stars!
